The NYPD is investigation a road rage incident, caught on camera, of a plainclothes policeman berating an Uber driver and mocking his accent.
"How long have you been in this country?" demanded the detective, continuing on a tirade outside the car while two passengers looked on.
According to one of those passengers, Sanjay Seth, the Uber driver who he identified as a man named Humayun honked at the unmarked car when the detective was parking without a blinker.
The plainclothes NYPD detective can be heard slamming the side of the car and mocks the driver's English. He then tells the driver the only reason he is not being arrested is because the detective "had things to do." Read more...
