Net neutrality is equal parts boring and confusing, with a garnish of ideology


It can be tough to know who to trust in this debate. Billion-dollar companies are lined up on both sides of the issue (in reality, it's the giant broadband companies versus everyone else), along with strong political partisanship



And then there's the technical issue. Understanding net neutrality requires a bit of knowledge about the history of the Internet and how it works. This is also relatively dry and befuddling, which is why we made this cartoon
